About the role

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement focuses on guest interaction and recovery. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales ensures products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

These positions offer knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency, as well as experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a helpful attitude and assist them throughout the store.
  • Provide tailored product suggestions and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
  • Handle cash register operations accurately.
  • Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
  • Climb up and down ladders as needed for stocking and merchandising.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.
  • Adapt to current technology needs and use them in daily tasks.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with the team.

  • Physical ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds.

Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour.
