Responsibilities

• Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.
• Seasonal Service & Engagement: Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
• Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor to enable a consistent guest experience.
• Gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture across the store.
• Learn retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Requirements

• Excitement for working in a fun and energetic environment and working efficiently as a team to deliver for guests.
• Passion for providing service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”.
• Interest in stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
• Preference for varied, active work rather than a Monday‑through‑Friday desk job; availability for busy shifts, especially weekends.
