Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour.

About the role

Seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal service & engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery, while seasonal general merchandise & food sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. These positions provide knowledge of guest‑service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, focusing on interaction and recovery.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver for guests.
