Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.75 USD per hour.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and helpful service to guests and team members.
• Assist guests with questions and resolve issues quickly on the spot.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders as needed for merchandising tasks.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
• Maintain attention to detail and follow multi‑step processes.
• Adapt to current technology needs and use them effectively.
• Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Perform seasonal roles such as Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
