Target seasonal specialty sales roles involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising, delivering guest service, and ensuring product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes
• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders safely
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently, including lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance
