Pay

Starting hourly rate: $16.25 USD per hour.

About the role

Target offers seasonal specialty sales roles, seasonal service & engagement, and seasonal general merchandise & food sales. These positions focus on guest interaction, visual merchandising, product availability, and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
• Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
• Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Climb ladders and perform other store duties as needed.

• Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
