Pay

Starting hourly rate: $15.50 USD per hour.

Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles: Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket.

Seasonal Service & Engagement: Welcome guests, thank them, and exceed service expectations by focusing on interaction and recovery.

Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales: Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor to deliver a consistent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver active selling and visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests.
• Engage with guests, thank them, and resolve service issues on the spot.
• Maintain product availability, accurate pricing, and proper signage on the sales floor.
• Accurately handle cash register operations.
• Climb ladders, scan items, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 lb.
• Support daily/weekly workload to meet business priorities and sales goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge of guest‑service fundamentals and a guest‑first culture.
• Experience with retail business fundamentals such as department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
• Ability to execute daily and weekly tasks that support business priorities and sales targets.
• Flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and reliable attendance.

Skills
