Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles at Target involve providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual‑merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Seasonal Service & Engagement advocates focus on guest interaction and recovery, while Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales experts ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a helpful attitude and provide excellent service.
  • Stock, set, and sell Target products, including scanning, handling, and moving merchandise safely.
  • Accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Climb ladders and lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds as needed.
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
  • Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Follow multi‑step processes with attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step procedures.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays with regular attendance.
