Starting hourly rate is $17.75 USD per hour. Pay range is $17.75 USD – $26.65 USD per hour.

Team members provide tailored suggestions, active selling, compelling visual merchandising, and ensure products are set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and visual merchandising.
  • Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, focusing on interaction and recovery.
  • Ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
  • Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and meet sales goals.
  • Accurately handle cash register operations.
  • Climb ladders, scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, frequently lifting up to 40 lb.

  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays) with regular attendance.

Skills

  • Effective guest service fundamentals and a guest‑first mindset.
  • Understanding of retail business fundamentals: sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency.
  • Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
  • Physical ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 lb safely.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance required.
