About the role

The seasonal grounds maintenance position at RSU5 is responsible for maintaining athletic fields, including preparing fields for events, painting field lines, snow removal, and operating maintenance vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares athletic fields for events
• Paints field lines
• Snow removal
• Operates maintenance vehicles and equipment such as utility trucks, mowers, and aerators

Requirements

• Valid CHRC certification from the ME Dept. of Education
• Valid Driver's License
• Passes a pre-employment physical

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with using grounds equipment and possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
