Golf Grounds Maintenance (Seasonal)

About the role

Assist the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining the day-to-day care of the golf courses.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks related to golf course maintenance
• Operate landscaping equipment such as string trimmers, leaf blowers, and lawn mowers
• Maintain and repair golf course facilities
• Handle general groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing

Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalency
• Valid driver’s license and approved driving record
• Previous experience in turfgrass is preferred
• Able to work outside for long periods of time and in inclement weather
• Physical requirements such as stooping, bending, and lifting an average weight of 30 pounds

• Knowledge of golf course maintenance practices
