Seasonal Flexible Customer Service Associate
Responsibilities
- Consults with customers on their rental needs.
- Maximizes revenue opportunities by offering products and services.
- Overcomes customer objections to ensure smooth transactions.
- Ensures customers receive world-class customer service and sales support.
- Shuttles customers between locations.
- Prepares vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids.
Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- All auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to perform job duties.
- Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine.
