Seasonal Entertainment Actor-Hill Country Christmas

Position Summary

• Provide theatrical entertainment for guests while in character, promoting a fun and comfortable atmosphere.
• Perform skits or plays solo or with other actors, practicing performances to maintain and improve skills.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; complete required safety training and certifications.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support the team to reach common goals, and comply with quality‑assurance expectations and standards.
• Walk for an extended period of time and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related work experience: Public performance and entertainment.
• Supervisory experience: None required.
• License or certification: None required.
