About the role

Supports the customer success team in providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions. Works closely with customers to resolve issues and enhance their experience. Assists in training new associates and maintaining high standards of customer care.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Train new associates on best practices in customer care

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
