Seasonal Courtesy Patrol (PT)

Responsibilities

• Drive or walk through the campground during assigned shifts
• Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
• Help enforce campground rules in a courteous and respectful manner
• Remind guests of quiet hours and campground policies
• Monitor common areas for cleanliness and safety concerns
• Report maintenance, safety, or emergency issues to management
• Aid guests with basic questions and campground information
• Respond calmly and professionally to minor guest concerns

Requirements

• Pass background check
• Have valid driver license
• Be friendly, approachable, and dependable
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be comfortable working evenings and outdoors
• Be able to walk or drive throughout the campground for extended periods
• Be able to remain calm and professional when addressing guest concerns
• Previous customer service, campground, hospitality, or security experience is helpful but not required
