Seasonal Contractor - Mower (PA)

About the role

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking an experienced independent mowing/grounds maintenance contractor to service properties across Lancaster, York, Berks, Montgomery, and Cumberland counties for the 2026 growing season - to start immediately. Contract term is seasonal, anticipated through November 2026 or the end of the growing season, whichever comes first, with possible renewal for future seasons.

Responsibilities

• Regular mowing, trimming, and edging of unfinished lots in community properties.

Requirements

• Experience with commercial mowing equipment, including general repairs.
• Independent transportation between sites.
• Proof of general liability insurance.

Pay

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement; the contractor will work in partnership with other site contractors.

Schedule and frequency are set in partnership with other trade partners.
