Seasonal Consultant, Technology Special Projects

Major Responsibilities

• Assist with new laptop configurations
• New user set ups
• Software installation
• Data transfers from old to new laptops
• Troubleshoot Windows 11
• Decommission/reconfigure old laptops

Experience & Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of technology experience
• Experience working with laptops
• Experience imaging with Microsoft SCCM
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows 11
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams
• Experience Installing, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting, computer system software
• Able to follow a checklist and documentation
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excelling in organization and time management

Working Conditions

• Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must be able to work extra hours as determined by the workload and expectations
• Must be available for on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Travel for this position will be minimal
• Able to sit for long periods of time
