Founded in 2006, CAL Sports Academy provides youth sports instruction, training, leagues, camps, clinics, and competitive team opportunities designed to help young athletes develop both on and off the court. Our goal is to create positive, organized, and development-focused environments where athletes can improve their skills while building confidence, character, discipline, leadership, teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship.

About the role

CAL Sports Academy is seeking experienced, dependable, and enthusiastic Club Volleyball Coaches to lead and support competitive 14U through 17U teams in Lansdale and Souderton, Pennsylvania. Club coaches are expected to teach the game, prepare organized practices, develop individual athletes, establish team standards, manage matches effectively, communicate professionally with families, collaborate with other CAL coaches, and represent CAL Sports Academy with integrity. Coaches should be comfortable working with motivated athletes in a competitive environment and helping prepare them for practices, matches, tournaments, and continued development.

  • Communicate team expectations, schedules, developmental goals, and important information professionally with athletes and families.
  • Provide appropriate feedback regarding athlete progress and areas for continued development.

Why Coach With CAL?

Competitive volleyball is important, but winning alone does not define successful coaching at CAL Sports Academy. We want coaches who understand that athlete development, preparation, accountability, communication, sportsmanship, confidence, teamwork, and character all contribute to long-term success. Our goal is to prepare athletes to become better volleyball players, better teammates, and young people who are prepared to succeed regardless of where their volleyball journey takes them next.
