Seasonal Cannabis Support Staff (Temporary)

Nirvana Cannabis is seeking motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Downtown Phoenix (7th Street) dispensary as Temporary Support Staff. This position is expected to last approximately 60–90 days and is intended to support operational needs while providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience within the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to dispensary guests
• Aid with customer check-in and intake procedures
• Support sales staff with customer flow and operational needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
• Stock, organize, and replenish sales floor inventory
• Absorb and assist with inventory counts and operational projects as assigned
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Support management with day-to-day retail operations
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Current Arizona Facility Agent (FA) Card required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Previous retail, customer service, or cannabis experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Schedule Requirements

• Must have flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Part-time and full-time schedules may be available based on business needs
• Position is expected to last 60–90 days, depending on operational requirements
