Seasonal Camp Lead

About the role

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for contract workers; provide bilingual communication, assist with onboarding, benefits, and personal/work-related matters while maintaining confidentiality.
• Enforce company policies, GMPs, and safety standards; ensure seasonal housing and cafeteria operations meet all federal, state, and company regulations.
• Partner with facility management and staffing teams to manage worker logistics (transportation, documentation, medical needs), support training and orientation, and maintain organized, compliant housing operations.

• No experience required, open to training.
• Ability to work seasonally - any time between June and November *60-84/week with *OT over 40 hours.
