About the role
Nortera is North America's leader in ready-to-cook vegetables, dedicated to providing access to healthy and sustainable food. We produce major private and retail brands and market our own brand Arctic Gardens.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for contract workers; provide bilingual communication, assist with onboarding, benefits, and personal/work-related matters while maintaining confidentiality.
- Enforce company policies, GMPs, and safety standards; ensure seasonal housing and cafeteria operations meet all federal, state, and company regulations.
- Partner with facility management and staffing teams to manage worker logistics (transportation, documentation, medical needs), support training and orientation, and maintain organized, compliant housing operations.
Requirements
- No experience required, open to training.
- Ability to work seasonally - any time between June and November *60-84/week with *OT over 40 hours.
