About the role
Join Hotel Interurban, a modern, vibrant setting located above Seattle Southside with sweeping views of Mount Rainier. As a Bartender, you'll be central to creating unforgettable moments for guests, blending your beverage expertise, personality, and attention to detail to deliver a welcoming and elevated experience.
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Operate all bar equipment proficiently
- Maintain a working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Handle cash transactions and adhere to standard cash handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with food handler’s license and mixologist permit requirements
- Work weekends as required
Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training, and/or experience
- Working knowledge and ability to operate the Point of Sale system
- Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Current State Food Handler’s License and State Mixologist Permit required
- Weekend availability required
