The Food & Beverage team understands that hiring exceptionally service-minded people is crucial for enhancing guest experiences. This role is for a Barista at Neighbors Cafe.

Responsibilities

• Execute the perfect beverage for guests with TLC
• Possibly convince guests to return
• Handle a 24-hour operation
• Provide Latte Art if possible
• Show prior experience in luxury or upscale environments
• Work as part of a team
• Show flexibility and willingness to meet operational demands
• Show attention to detail

Requirements

• Passionate about the Food & Beverage Industry
• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
• Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
• Detail-oriented
