The Food & Beverage team understands that hiring exceptionally service-minded people is crucial for enhancing guest experiences. This role is for a Barista at Neighbors.
Responsibilities
- Execute the perfect beverage for guests with TLC
- Possibly convince guests to return
- Contribute to creating memorable experiences for hotel guests
Requirements
- Passionate about the Food & Beverage Industry
- Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience
- Prior experience in luxury or upscale environments
- Team player and hard worker
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
- Prior Latte Art experience and coffee knowledge (a plus)
