• Under 18: £8.00 per hour
• 18 and over: £12.71 per hour

Schedule

Seasonal position lasting until 13 February 2027. Minimum 8 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range, and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived.

Responsibilities

• Meet high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
• Work as part of a tight-knit team under pressure
• Serve hot and cold beverages that delight customers
• Prepare and present savoury and sweet food items to spark joy
• Ensure all cooked food is served hot and ready to enjoy
• Maintain clean, sanitised restaurant tables promptly
• Deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores
• Provide a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience for every customer
• Work with ingredients including dairy, nuts, and meat products (including pork)

Requirements

• Customer obsessed – prioritise customers in every interaction
• Flexible availability to work weekends and evenings
• Previous experience working closely with a team
• Ideally prior work experience in a similar environment
• Friendly, hard-working individual who loves creating joyful customer dining experiences
• Team player who contributes consistently and values a job well done
