Seasonal Associate I - Seed Packing Operations

About the role

Responsible for packing seeds in accordance with quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Pack seeds into designated containers following strict quality control procedures.
• Ensure all packaging meets environmental sustainability guidelines.
• Handle incoming seed shipments and prepare them for distribution.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar packing operation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required for occasional deliveries.
