Seasonal Associate - California Stores

HoneyBaked is hiring seasonal staff for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays. These positions are ideal for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking flexible, short-term income.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with excellent, friendly service and respond positively to requests or comments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and articulate features and benefits to drive add-on sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and adhere to safety and food preparation processes.
• Take initiative, remain productive, and comply with company standards in service, food prep, and workplace policies.
• Follow all safety, security, and respectful workplace procedures.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred (e.g., cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate).
• Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job demands, including bending, stooping, standing for long periods, and lifting products/supplies (up to 65 pounds for ham production associates).
• Ability to work with a hot torch.
