Seasonal Associate - California Stores

HoneyBaked is hiring seasonal staff for the Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas holidays. These positions are ideal for students, teachers, retirees, or anyone seeking extra income without a long-term commitment. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with excellent service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge and articulate product features and benefits.
• Drive add-on sales through suggestion selling.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Take initiative and remain productive throughout the shift, taking responsibility for activities within your control.
• Follow all processes, procedures, and company standards, including service, food preparation, and safety policies.
• Adhere to safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.

Requirements

• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred (e.g., cook, cashier, crew member, sales associate).
• Physical dexterity and mobility to perform job demands, including bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products/supplies.
• Ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.
• Ability to work with a hot torch.

Pay

Pay ranges from the state minimum wage starting at $17 per hour, depending on experience.
