Job Summary
RC Hospitality Solutions is seeking an individual who can manage all aspects of food production for assigned restaurants or outlets. The ideal candidate should have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members, think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and provide a customized experience for every Guest.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of food production for assigned restaurant or outlet
- Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner
- Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all banquet functions
- Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction
- Aid servers, bartenders, and dishwashers when necessary
- Participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet
- Consult with Chef on a daily basis as well as with other departments related to the Food & Beverage Department
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- One year cook experience preferred
- Prior hospitality experience preferred
- Day shift and night shift positions available
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
