Seasonal AM/PM Line Cook - RC Hospitality Solutions

Job Summary

RC Hospitality Solutions is seeking an individual who can manage all aspects of food production for assigned restaurants or outlets. The ideal candidate should have a great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members, think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of food production for assigned restaurant or outlet
• Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner
• Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service all banquet functions
• Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction
• Aid servers, bartenders, and dishwashers when necessary
• Participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet
• Consult with Chef on a daily basis as well as with other departments related to the Food & Beverage Department

Requirements

• High school or equivalent education
• One year cook experience preferred
• Prior hospitality experience preferred
• Day shift and night shift positions available
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
