Search Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Aid in the planning, buying, and optimization of search media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the Search Supervisor to report on campaign performance and suggest strategic adjustments.
• Collaborate with other media planning, media buying, and analytics departments to develop sound, research-based campaign strategies, plans, and implementation approaches.
• Leverage a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance and provide insights and strategic recommendations to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign outcomes.
• Stay informed about relevant social discussions, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Nurture relationships with platform representatives to identify new opportunities and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and healthcare content regulations.

Qualifications

• Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing, planning, activating, managing, optimizing, and measuring paid search media advertising campaigns aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Strong experience in major search platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven ability to manage complex media activations with quick turnaround times.
• Experience in executing campaigns across the sales funnel stages: awareness, consideration, and lead generation.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with other teams.
• Preferred certifications in search platforms.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is required.

Pay

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 CAD. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may also include eligibility to earn commissions or bonuses based on company and/or individual performance.
