Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to improve organic visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support business growth across Health Information Systems globally.
- Identify and apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) best practices to enhance discoverability in AI-powered search, answer engines, and conversational discovery experiences.
- Conduct keyword, content, and competitive research to uncover opportunities, inform optimization priorities, and strengthen digital performance across priority solution areas.
- Partner with integrated marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, and web stakeholders to translate search insights into actionable recommendations, content enhancements, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead the digital asset upload and metadata management process within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to improve asset quality, governance, discoverability, and downstream SEO performance across the web ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven (7) years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, website optimization, content strategy, or a related field.
- (Optional) Three (3) years of experience with core SEO disciplines, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, metadata development, technical SEO fundamentals, content performance analysis, and internal linking.
- (Optional) Experience with GEO or optimizing content for AI-driven search, answer engines, and emerging discovery experiences.
- (Optional) Experience with platforms and tools such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM platforms, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Answer the Public, or Screaming Frog.
- (Optional) Experience working within content management systems and/or digital asset management systems, with strong attention to detail and process consistency.
- (Optional) Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
- (Optional) Healthcare technology, B2B, or other regulated industry experience.
- (Optional) Self-starter with strong project management skills, a high level of curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of quality and follow-through.
Qualifications
- May include up to 25% domestic/international travel.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $107,600 - $147,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.

May include up to 25% domestic/international travel.
