About the role

This position is an integral part of our Executive Search Team within Talent Acquisition. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruiting and account management of client organizations to fill Executive Level positions throughout the company domestically.

Responsibilities

  • Pioneering new business relationships, identifying external Executive talent and driving assignments to closure
  • Engaged in highly specialized executive searches
  • Conduct initial screening conversations to effectively assess top talent
  • Track, analyze, and share pipeline activity updates with key stakeholders
  • Leverage a proactive approach to recruiting and help drive talent acquisition agenda
  • Work with hiring managers to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisitions
  • Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions
  • Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers
  • Surface candidates and develop networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Consults with senior leadership regarding workforce planning strategies including workforce diversity, forecasted staffing needs, and personnel development plans
  • Manages end-to-end life cycle recruiting process for Executive positions
  • Planner, leader, and implementor of hiring initiatives, talent acquisition or internal staffing programs
  • Sources active and passive applicants, recruits, screens, interviews, and hires for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions
  • Creates sourcing strategies that generally include significant coordination with the client on required skills, identifies competitor information and researches industry terms
  • Creates talent pools and utilizes internet boards, referral networks, and industry-specific user groups to identify passive candidates not typically found through the standard job posting procedures
  • Collaborates with clients to understand talent gaps and expected future workforce requirements
  • Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding recruiting policies, practices, trends, and technology and/or labor contracts and determines approach to apply comprehensive knowledge to drive to issue resolution
  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best-practices
  • Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative and advanced solutions
  • Often participates in functional team task forces and/or projects
  • Might provide training or mentoring to less experienced staff and might provide feedback for the evaluation of new staff

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle Executive Recruiting experience within the agency and/or corporate space
  • 3+ years of experience with ATS and other related recruiting platforms (Workday, etc.)
  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
  • 3+ years of experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, etc)
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Strong, solid production history demonstrated through quality of hires
  • Excellent Account Management including strong oral and written communication

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
