Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical seal repair, assembly, and service activities to meet safety, quality, and delivery standards.
• Interpret assembly drawings and customer specifications to accurately repair and rebuild mechanical seals.
• Inspect seal components using measuring instruments to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality requirements.
• Complete repair documentation including inspection reports, observation reports, and work orders.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, including material handling and inventory staging.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to repairs and service activities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Provide after-hours support as needed to meet customer requirements and service demands.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a technical or mechanical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of service center, repair, or related hands-on mechanical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in precision assembly and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with a team-oriented mindset and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
