Brix Paving Northwest is looking for an experienced Seal Coater + Striper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying protective sealants to asphalt surfaces and painting pavement markings such as parking lines, curbs, and directional symbols. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring clean, precise, and professional results.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (required)
• At least 1 year of experience in seal coating and striping (required)
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices, including knowledge of OSHA regulations related to concrete work
• Effective communication with team members, supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks accordingly
• Able to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments
• Positive attitude, reliability and professionalism in all aspects of the job
• Skilled in bollard and sign installation
• Demonstration of demolition/Construction experience is ideal

Skills
