Parking Lot Line Striper - Seal Coat Applicator

About the role

Pacific Facility Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Parking Lot Line Striper - Seal Coat Applicator to join our dedicated team repairing, sealing and re-striping parking lots. Most of our work is in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish and King Counties. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact, enhance your leadership skills, and take pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure every project is executed with precision and efficiency
• Prepare work areas by shoveling, raking, and sweeping
• Oversee set-up and clean-up tasks
• Direct traffic to maintain a safe work environment
• Monitor supply temperatures
• Provide labor support
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in asphalt maintenance
• Great communication skills
• Experienced with the means and methods necessary to execute the project
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in precast wheel stop installation, crack seal, paint striping, and other pavement markings
• Willingness to work outdoors and in all types of weather
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform other pavement-related services
• Ability to apply sealer by broom and spray application
• Ability to use gas power tools and power tools
• Ability to work 6 days per week with weekends and overtime, when needed

Qualifications

• Self-starter who works independently but also communicates effectively with team members
• Ability to understand and speak in both English and Spanish is preferred

Pay

$25-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
