About the role
Responsible for applying seal coat and painting lines on parking lots.
Responsibilities
- Apply seal coat to parking lots to protect asphalt surfaces.
- Paint lines on parking lots to guide vehicle traffic.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality specifications.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of asphalt and paint application techniques.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience in pavement maintenance or similar field.
- Experience with seal coat and line striping equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Skills
- Proficient in using seal coat and line striping equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
