About the Role
This role plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and delivering high-quality work to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the seal coat crew
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with industry standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Oversee the quality of work and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage equipment and supplies
- Assist in training new employees
Requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in asphalt or concrete work is a plus, but not required for the right person
