Requirements

• CPFM – Certified Food Protection Manager or its equivalent certification

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a seafood department
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage inventory and ensure quality control

• Knowledge of seafood products and their safe handling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
