What You'll Bring

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

The Opportunity

• Under direct supervision, the Seafood Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service.
• Affixes, maintains, and cleans the seafood display cases.
• Cleans, fills, and rotates the seafood displays.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods of time.
• The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
