Seafood Bar Busser

About the Role

Resets tables, keeps dining area clean and presentable, and provides assistance to guests as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides Clearly Superior Customer Service at all times
• Replenishes guests’ non-alcoholic beverages
• Sets and resets tables and keeps surrounding area clean and presentable, including cleaning menus, replenishing salt and pepper and other table items
• Takes inventory of supplies when necessary
• Assists other Food & Beverage personnel as needed
• Prepares silverware for the next seating
• Keeps the floor areas clean, free of debris and presentable at all times
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum age requirement is 16 years of age
• Food handler’s permit required

Job Conditions

• Working conditions include the Dining Room during busy times of the day and night, smoky, noisy, and crowded conditions
• Frequent interruptions, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. while standing, twisting, or bending
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Manual and finger dexterity for handling serving dishes and other equipment is required
