About the role

Bussers are vital to the operation of the restaurant, ensuring quick table turns, a clean environment, and an exceptional dining experience for guests. Key responsibilities include breaking down and resetting tables, cleaning, organizing, restocking, and assisting guests. This role requires a high level of hospitality and the ability to support servers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Break down and reset tables between guest visits
• Refill water, bread, and condiments as needed
• Aid servers with food delivery and table service
• Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations
• Dispose of trash and handle dishware according to health and safety standards
• Support the team during peak periods to ensure smooth operations
• Set up dining areas before service, including table settings, chairs, and condiments
• Monitor and restock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, silverware, glasses)
• Clean and organize dining areas as needed
• Respond promptly to host, server, or manager instructions
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow during busy periods
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred
• Current State Food Handler’s License(s)
• Ability to transport 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks during shift

Pay

$17.13 per hour

Schedule

Shifts vary based on restaurant needs, typically ranging from 4 to 6 hours per shift. Specific schedules can be discussed during the interview process.
