Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee Pier Sales Agents and be prepared to troubleshoot problems, train staff when needed, and enforce policies
- Enter new reservations accurately and thoroughly
- Process payments in a timely manner in following company procedures
- Successfully proper cash handling and maintaining of all monies in the ticket booth including deposits
- Maintain sales and accounting documents required for closeouts
- Lead by example using RESPECT
- Inspect food preparation and service areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
- Sales & Guest Service
- Resolve guest issues/Critical Moments of service
- Promote maximum revenue attainment by performing transactions with efficiency
- Avoid errors in transactions while monitoring product capacities
- Ensure that every guest is greeted warmly when approaching the ticket booth
- Answer questions regarding product, price, duration, etc. with expertise and patience
- Prepared to work during submitted availability and scheduled time
- Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards
- Attend applicable meetings and training sessions as designated or necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience necessary
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Supervisory experience is preferred
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Cash handling experience is required
- Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Meet deadlines
- Focused on customer needs
- Able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibility
- Listen effectively, assesses the situation, determine relevant issues, & suggest solutions
