SE Field Enablement Program Manager
About the role
This role is designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. As a HPE Networking SE Enablement Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and adoption of HPE Networking's portfolio. You will design, implement, and manage enablement efforts that empower HPE Networking's sales and technical teams to effectively position and sell the AI Driven Enterprise Technology, for which Gartner has placed us in the leadership position for 3 consecutive years.
Responsibilities
- Drive HPE Networking’s SE enablement strategy by partnering with product development, product marketing, SE leadership, and channel teams, aligning with HPE Networking’s overall business goals and sales objectives.
- Develop high-quality enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, sales guides, demo scripts, and solution presentations, in collaboration with subject matter experts, product management, and marketing teams.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, both virtual and in-person, to HPE Networking sales engineers and channel partners to equip them with the knowledge and skills required to effectively sell and support HPE Networking's portfolio.
- Work closely with portfolio enablement, product management, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate product updates, and ensure enablement materials are up to date and aligned with the latest product offerings.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of enablement programs. Generate regular reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and communicate success to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges in the campus and enterprise access layer and switching space. Incorporate this knowledge into enablement programs to help position HPE Networking's solutions as industry-leading and differentiated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; relevant industry-based certifications or other certified training is required.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program management, technical sales, or enablement roles, preferably within the networking, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of access layer and switching technologies, AI operations, routing protocols, data center technologies, SD-WAN technologies, and security considerations.
- Experience with Cisco, HPE Networking, or Aruba enterprise networking solutions is a plus.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including virtual and in-person sessions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address customer requirements and challenges.
- A strong understanding of network automation technologies; practical experience with scripting languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong understanding of sales and enablement needs across North and South America.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Certifications such as JNCIP R&S or other industry equivalents are a plus.

Pay
The expected salary/wage range for this position is USD 105,500 - 243,000 annually in North Carolina and Texas. The listed range reflects base salary; variable incentives may also be offered. Actual offers may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education/training, and skill level.
