SDS RX Logistics Coordinator

Core Responsibilities

• Cook up deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

Skills and/or Experience

• Scheduling drivers
• Relationship building and collaboration skills
• Managing billing and driver settlements daily using eCourier software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with dispatch systems or dispatch management
• Previous experience with independent contractors
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in logistics and customer service
• Availability for on-call shifts
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Pay and Schedule

• Base pay: $48,000/year
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with OT
