Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads within target markets.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to engage them.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining fit for our marketing services.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain a well-organized and updated database of prospects and activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and our services to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve the lead generation process and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or marketing roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify leads and evaluate opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and target-oriented.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
