About the role
At Compass, our mission is to help everyone find their place in the world. Founded in 2012, we’re revolutionizing the real estate industry with our end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to seller and buyer clients. As a Strategic Growth Partner (SGP) at Compass International Holdings, you are the face of the company and the engine of our market expansion, directly responsible for driving net-new pipeline for our Strategic Growth Team. You will educate our agent community on the benefits and importance of contributing to the Strategic Growth of Compass International Holdings, identifying who in their network of prospective agents should be introduced to our closing team. SGPs are the future of the Strategic Growth organization. In addition to the direct impact this role has as a partner to the Strategic Growth Managers (SGMs) in the market, you will ultimately be working toward the goal of becoming an SGM yourself. From onboarding all the way through a formal SGP-to-SGM training program, your focus will be on developing the skills and knowledge that line a direct path into a closing sales position within an incredibly driven, high-performing team. Based in our Manhattan office, this onsite role will have you engaging directly with the local Compass Agent Community and collaborating in person with the Strategic Growth team.

Benefits
and put that list. However we must only include heading if posting has real specific content for it. The posting does have content under "What This Role Offers". So we can use Benefits heading. Similarly, we have "How You’ll Be Measured" maybe could be under Responsibilities? Not a standard heading; we could omit or incorporate into Responsibilities paragraph. But we could add a section "Performance Metrics" but not in allowed headings. Better to incorporate into Responsibilities as a bullet? But we should not invent headings not allowed. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must map content to those. We have qualifications: bullet list under "Qualifications". Also there is "How You’ll Be Measured" maybe not needed. We have skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: interpersonal and rapport-building skills, natural leader, self-starter, excellent communication, highly organized, etc. Could put under Skills. We have Requirements: maybe the qualifications also serve as requirements. But we can separate: Requirements could be the bachelor's degree + 2+ years experience. Qualifications could be the list of skills/experience. However the posting has a "Qualifications" heading with bullet list. So we can useQualifications
for that list. Requirements maybe we can include the bachelor's degree + 2+ years experience as a short paragraph under Requirements. Skills: we can list interpersonal, communication, leadership, organization, etc. Let's extract: From "Qualifications" paragraph: "Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a history of strong performance (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management).Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills; a natural leader with a positive, solutions-oriented mentality.Self-starter attitude with the ability to exercise judgment, solve difficult problems without direct supervision, and comfortably navigate ambiguity.Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively lead client meetings and presentations.Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities." We can split: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a history of strong performance (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management). Skills: Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills; a natural leader with a positive, solutions-oriented mentality; Self-starter attitude with the ability to exercise judgment, solve difficult problems without direct supervision, and comfortably navigate ambiguity; Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively lead client meetings and presentations; Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously; Track record of excellence across strategic, operational, and detail-demanding functional responsibilities. We could also include "How You’ll Be Measured" maybe as a note under Responsibilities? But we can incorporate as a bullet under Responsibilities? Actually it's a separate paragraph: "This role is measured by pipeline generation and the volume of qualified opportunities successfully created for the Strategic Growth Managers." That's a performance metric; could be added as a bullet under Responsibilities or as a separate note. Since we don't have a heading for metrics, we can add a bullet under Responsibilities: "Performance is measured by pipeline generation and the volume of qualified opportunities successfully created for Strategic Growth Managers." Now Benefits: we have "What This Role Offers" list plus "Perks That You Need To Know About" list. Combine. Pay: we have compensation paragraph. Schedule: none. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Do your best work, be your authentic self." That's maybe okay but it's generic; but we can keep as part of About the role? It's at end before EEO. Might be considered culture statement; we can keep. Also remove "As an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Now craft final HTML. We'll have sections:About the role
... (including mission, description, location)
Responsibilities
- ... including performance metric bullet
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and a history of strong performance (SDR, Customer Success/Service, Direct Sales, Account Management).
Skills
- ... list of skills
Qualifications
- ... maybe we already used qualifications for the list? Actually we used Qualifications for the list; but we already used Requirements for degree+experience. The posting's "Qualifications" heading includes both degree/experience and skills. But we split. To avoid duplication, we could keep Qualifications as the full list (including degree/experience and skills) and not have separate Requirements/Skills. However the instruction wants to use those headings if content exists. We have content for Requirements (degree+experience) and Skills (soft skills). So we can keep both.
But we also have a separate "Qualifications" heading in posting; we could treat that as Qualifications section and include the whole bullet list there. Then we wouldn't need separate Requirements/Skills. However we would lose the ability to separate degree/experience vs skills. But it's okay to have Qualifications section with all bullet points. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe better to have Qualifications section with all bullet points, and not have separate Requirements/Skills. But we also have "What This Role Offers" (Benefits) and "Compensation" (Pay). So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Benefits, Pay, Qualifications. That's 5 sections.
Let's see if we have content for Requirements separate: we could embed degree/experience inside Qualifications bullet list. That's fine.
Thus sections:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Benefits (combining What This Role Offers + Perks)
- Pay
- Qualifications
We should not include Schedule.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content.
Let's extract About the role paragraph: include mission, description, location.
Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You’ll Do" plus performance metric bullet.
Benefits: combine "What This Role Offers" bullet list and "
