About the role
The Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative will engage prospective customers, follow up with inbound and outbound leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule estimates and consultations for the sales team. This role ensures leads are contacted quickly, followed up with consistently, and properly qualified before being passed to the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, engage prospects, identify opportunities, and schedule estimates.
- Respond quickly to website inquiries, advertising, and referrals via phone, text, and email.
- Conduct discovery conversations to evaluate project requirements, location, and timeline.
- Schedule estimates on the sales team’s Google Calendar and confirm details to minimize no-shows.
- Follow up with stalled opportunities and dormant leads to bring them back into the pipeline.
- Handle basic objections professionally and answer preliminary questions.
- Maintain accurate records in Jobber and HighLevel, and coordinate with the sales team.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in appointment setting, sales development, inside sales, lead generation, or similar.
- Experience with inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Jobber and HighLevel.
- Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume leads and work independently in a remote environment.
Pay
$1,000 to $1,500 per month (varies based on skill set and experience level).
