Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses using provided lead lists.
- Speak with front desk staff, gatekeepers, owners, practice managers, marketing contacts, and decision-makers.
- Identify who handles advertising, marketing, or business growth for each company.
- Introduce A-Score as a free, read-only ad account health check.
- Send follow-up emails with the A-Score link and one-page overview.
- Set appointments for product walkthroughs, Zoom calls, or follow-up conversations.
- Log call outcomes, notes, emails, callbacks, and objections in the dialer/CRM.
Requirements
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business owners and staff.
- Experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, sales development, telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B outreach.
- Ability to handle gatekeepers professionally.
- Clear communication skills.
- Comfort making high-volume outbound calls.
- Organized follow-up habits.
- Ability to learn a simple product message and explain it without sounding scripted.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent.
- Experience calling SMBs, med spas, salons, medical offices, agencies, or local service businesses is a plus.
