About the role
The opportunity is for an FSO Technology Analyst position based in the Service Delivery Center. This role involves working as part of a project team to design, build/configuration, test, analyze, deliver, and support technology solutions. The position requires flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities and learn new technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in transforming their business through engineering solutions
- Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, development, integration, and testing
- Deliver high-quality systems with focus on reliability and excellent customer experience
- Work with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds
- Provide recommendations for engagement and client service issues
- Collaborate with clients to transform their business problems through engineering solutions
- Develop, build, and consume RESTful APIs
- Build applications/platforms with cloud native/Microservices architecture
- Work with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in technology software development
- Back-end experience using modern technologies like Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless, and Cloud technologies like AWS, or Azure
- Front-end development with modern frameworks and practices like React, Angular, or Responsive web design
- Experience in designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience building applications/platforms with cloud native/Microservices architecture
- Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g. Git, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing and knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques
- Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment
Qualifications
- Prior fullstack software product development experience with a preferred understanding of DevOps and its supporting services and tools
- Experience with Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, Mongo/Cassandra/Any NoSQL DB (ideally)
Benefits
Base salary range: $55,400 to $113,000 (US) / $66,600 to $128,500 (California, excluding Sacramento)

Pay
$55,400 to $113,000 (US) / $66,600 to $128,500 (California, excluding Sacramento)
Schedule
Hybrid model with in-person work expected 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
