Staff Developer, SDLC Foundations

Responsibilities

• Shape how the company engineers reliably build and ship features at scale
• Lead the evolution of the Feature Rollout Service for service-to-service communication
• Arcitect and deliver the Experiment Platform for trustworthy product experiments
• Collaborate with teams to improve Typeshare 2.0 for cross-language type safety
• Enhance developer experience by automating processes and reducing engineering friction
• Set technical guidelines to balance platform velocity with reliability and security
• Mentor engineers and elevate platform thinking within the organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development, specifically in production SaaS environments
• Hands-on expertise in building platform-level services such as feature flagging and developer tooling
• Experience leading technical initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Go programming language
• Ability to influence broader engineering strategies and drive high-impact projects independently
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
