Responsibilities
- Support our clients to transform their business problems through engineering solutions.
- Assist engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, develop, integrate, test, and deploy distributed software applications.
- Deliver high-quality systems with focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
- Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing; based on a proven agile methodology.
- Effectively work with client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
- Provide recommendations for engagement and client service issues based on current technology environment and industry trends.
- Collaborate with clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement and transformational design solutions.
- Support our clients in modernizing systems, processes and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services to support high performance in a rapidly changing and competitive environment.
Requirements
- Prior fullstack software product development experience with a preferred understanding of DevOps and its supporting services and tools.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technology software development.
- Back-end experience using modern technologies like Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless, and Cloud technologies like AWS, or Azure.
- Front-end development with modern frameworks and practices like React, Angular, or Responsive web design.
- Experience in designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g. Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing and knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques.
- Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment.
- Experience with the following technologies: Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, AngularJS/React, JHadoop/Spark/Flume, MongoDB/Cassandra/Any NoSQL DB.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related field.
- Experience with cloud native/Microservices architecture, including experience with IaaS, PaaS, container deployment.
- Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g. Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience working with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing and knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques.
- Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment.
- Experience with the following technologies: Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, AngularJS/React, JHadoop/Spark/Flume, MongoDB/Cassandra/Any NoSQL DB.

Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,300 to $155,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
